Knowledge and religion, civilization and civilization, country and empire, are the capital of life of every civilized nation and the historical material of every nation is prepared by the combination and combination of these things. On this basis, every civilized nation brings its historical capital with it and preserves it along with its existence. It is not indebted to any historian for the preparation and maturity of its material, but the historian himself is a great credit to that nation. However, the appropriate arrangement of this material, its complete system and its success and application in its initial and extreme sequences, that is, the detail and explanation of all its evolutionary stages, is the work of a historian and in this capacity, a very simple, brief, common sense and comprehensive definition of history can be made with the addition of the composition of "The total evolution of nations", which is the first part of the title of Gustave Le Ban's book. But this part is a common genre of this book that can be true for every book of history. The distinctive chapter of the book, which distinguishes it from all other historical books, is its second part, namely, "The Psychological Laws of the Progress of Nations," and the elaboration of these laws is the subject of this book and the real achievement of Gustave Le Bon.
