Islam Ka Nazam e Haqooq o Fraiz

The system of rights given by the religion of Islam is full of philosophy and wisdom. This system is full of justice and fairness, which makes the society a cradle of true peace and harmony and provides the real foundation of a welfare state. In view of this, it was necessary to make the system of rights and duties of Muhammad the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) the subject of writing, which is in fact an unparalleled global charter of human rights and which has the honor of being the first manifesto of human rights. In the book under review, ‘The System of Rights and Duties of Islam’, Abu Hamza Abdul Khaliq Siddiqui and Hafiz Hamid Mahmud Al-Khudri have written on this subject. The book consists of 28 chapters and 288 pages, some of which are only one or two pages long. These chapters include the rights of Allah Almighty, the rights of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him), the Holy Quran, the rights of the companions, scholars, parents, children and other people. An important chapter is the world’s first constitutional treaty and agreement titled the Covenant of Medina, which is important and worthy of study. The last chapter is on the topic of the Farewell Pilgrimage, the Universal Charter of Human Rights, which consists of six pages. Given the importance of this chapter, it is felt that it needs further explanation and clarification.
