Historians in our country have a tendency to give great importance to the history of the period of rise but do not consider the history of the period of decline worthy of attention. Although for a historian, the period of decline is no less important than the period of rise. He analyzes the circumstances and events and tells what shortcomings and lapses occurred by the ruling class that led to the decline, so that the present and future rulers can learn from it and not allow these mistakes to be repeated. Much has been written about the Mughals’ heyday, but very few historians have paid attention to their decline.
