The subject of the biography of the Prophet (peace be upon him) has been the focus of the attention and attention of Muslim scholars and thinkers in every era, and each one has elaborated on it according to his own scope and ability. Studying the biography of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) is both a part of our faith and a divine command. The Holy Quran considers the life of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) as a perfect example for us. What standard of morality and etiquette is there that does not match the blessed life of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him)? Allah Almighty not only completed the religion of Islam through the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him), but also completed the life of humanity by ending the chain of prophethood and guidance with his holy personality, so that it is impossible and impossible to imagine a better, nobler, and more beautiful example and character than him. Numerous books have been written and are being written on the life of the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) in many languages. Many non-Muslim thinkers and biographers have been inspired by the life and character of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and have compiled wonderful books on the life of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The book under review, “Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Prophet of Islam” is the work of a famous non-Muslim Christian writer, writer and scholar of the twentieth century. He made the life of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) the subject of his study in search of truth and despite being a non-Muslim, when his heart accepted the greatness of the life of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he wrote this book in the Romance language as a confession of truth. In 1961, Livia Lemur translated this book from the Romance language into French. And in 1979, Mr. Mushtaq Hussain Mir adapted it into Urdu. Reading this book, one realizes that this book is different and unique from many other books written on the life of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). This book also includes a thesis written by Allama Muhammad Asad, a prominent scholar of the Islamic world, and is a worthy read, in which he examines the importance of the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in a new way and describes the three important objectives of following the blessed Sunnah of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).
