Seerat Ul Nabi Pr Khutbat

The chosen servants whom God Almighty has chosen for the guidance of humanity on this earth, we remember them with the sacred term of prophets and messengers. The first man of this universe and the first prophet, Sayyiduna Adam, was sent for the duty of guidance. And then this caravan of messengers, performing the duty of human guidance in different centuries and different regions, illuminates a galaxy of pure lives before us. In this environment of brilliance and radiance, a personality, like a sun, was sent in the form of a ray of light to erase the darkness of time and earth and bring the final message of guidance for humanity, who is called Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). Today, humanity has only one example of heavenly guidance left. Which the Holy Quran has declared as a good example, and the life of the bearer of this good example is spreading light in the darkness of the world as a beacon. After Allah Almighty, Hazrat Muhammad (ﷺ) is the most perfect being whose life contains within itself the full resources for the complete guidance of the world of humanity. The early books of the Seerat-un-Nabi (peace be upon him) were written in Arabic, then this chapter of happiness was opened in Persian and other languages. But in this regard, the collection of Seerat-un-Nabi written and presented in Urdu language has no example and precedent in any other language except Arabic. Some of the mother books of Urdu language are such that their precedent is missing in the collection of Arabic language itself. In the last fourteen centuries, thousands of books and lakhs of articles have been written on the biography and character of this perfect guide (peace be upon him). And many institutions came into existence only to work on biography. And throughout the Islamic world, annual conferences and seminars are organized on different aspects of Seerat-un-Nabi (peace be upon him), in which different scholars present their written articles and lectures. In Pakistan, an annual National Seerat Conference is also organized in which scholars and essayists present their articles. Which are later published in book form. Similarly, some scholars have described the Seerat-un-Nabi in the form of sermons and have then compiled them under the name of Serat-un-Nabi. The book under review, “Sermons on the Biography of the Prophet (﷾), is a collection of lectures by Maulana Abu Muhammad Uzair Yunus Al-Salafi Al-Madani ﷾ (Fazal Madina University, former lecturer, Jamia Lahore Islamia, Lahore). He delivered a workshop titled “Three Days with the Prophet (﷾)” at an Islamic center in Defense, Lahore in 2015. Maulana Uzair Yunus shed light on various aspects of the biography of the Prophet (﷾) during these three days and introduced the public to the methodology of the Book and Sunnah. This unique workshop on the Biography of the Prophet (﷾) was very popular. A large number of people attended and friends also listened to it online. Many friends insisted on bringing it in book form, so the aforementioned added some more to it and compiled it. The Fazal compiler discussed the good life of the Prophet (﷾), the companions (﷢) and the Ahlul Bayt (﷢) in it. An attempt has been made to highlight the methodology of the Book and Sunnah and authentic hadiths and authentic events have been narrated in it so that scholars and preachers can explain to the general public what is proven in the Prophet's biography and avoid what is not proven. May Allah Almighty grant this great effort of Maulana Uzair Yunus Sahib the honor of acceptance and make it beneficial for the general public and make it an ongoing charity for the compiler. (Amen)
